DESIGN SHED offers 3D product and packaging design. Creative trouble shooting from front end concept design, visualisation and 3D modelling to liaising with manufacturers and project management.

3D visualisation of products with surface colour and texture helps with decision making.

Design Shed is run by engineers who are very good at design. This mean we can provide a service form design to prototyping to product manufacture, sometimes we even build the machines. We are experts in large plastic mouldings, technical mouldings and processing.

Kayaks - these need to perform in tough environments, but in relatively low production numbers - our specialist mouding techniques can produce large format moulds for low cost. We have produced high performance kayaks in UHMWPE/ Carbon Firbre and Glass Fibre. They are great fun to paddle too!

The water theme follows through a lot of our work, so when where were asked to produced the moulds and product for ship to ship person transport vessels, we jumped at the chance.
